Primary cardholder 21–65; Indonesian or foreign citizen; issuer lists minimum annual income of IDR 120,000,000.
Fee waiver: First year waived. The issuer also permits redemption of 25,000 Travel Miles toward the annual fee; confirm the current redemption terms.
