VIPorter points are Porter Airlines' loyalty currency, earned directly on the BMO VIPorter Mastercard cards.
How it works
VIPorter is the Porter Airlines loyalty programme. Members earn 5 to 7 points per CAD 1 on eligible Porter fares depending on level.
Earning
BMO VIPorter Mastercard cards add card points on everyday spending and on Porter purchases, and grant Avid Traveller membership levels.
Using rewards
Points are redeemed toward Porter flights under the VIPorter Program Rules.
Partners
Porter's published materials mention flights operated by Air Transat and Alaska Airlines as partner flights.
Expiry
Points can be redeemed indefinitely if the member travels on a Porter flight at least once every 24 months after the last qualifying travel; otherwise all points expire. BMO states card points do not expire while the BMO VIPorter card account is open and in good standing.
Before you book
Card points are credited to the VIPorter account monthly. Status-based earn and the card's own earn are separate.
