Eligibility and important conditions

Active UK director or majority (25%+) shareholder of an Ltd, LLP or PLC active on Companies House, with no unsatisfied CCJs in the last 12 months. Sole traders, charities, trusts, funds, dormant companies and high-risk industries are excluded. Credit assessment applies.

GBP 299 a year is the Pro Rewards subscription (billed annually, before any applicable tax) on top of the free card; refund possible within six months. Excluded: 10,000 bonus points for GBP 5,000 spend in the first 3 months. The help centre says 1 point per GBP 1 while the product page says 1% cashback, so the base rate follows the help centre. Cash withdrawals do not earn points. Minimums and conversion timing not published.
