How it works
Miles & More serves Lufthansa Group and participating airlines. Award miles are distinct from Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points for status.
Earning
Eligible flights, country-specific co-branded cards and partners earn award miles. An Amex card in one country does not automatically transfer directly to Miles & More.
Using rewards
Search eligible flight awards and upgrades. Check current pricing, taxes, surcharges and routing restrictions for the airline you plan to book.
Partners
The program has Star Alliance and other participating airline relationships. Partner-flight awards depend on the operating airline and available inventory.
Expiry
Ordinary award miles generally have 36-month validity. Eligible frequent-flyer status or qualifying Miles & More credit cards can protect miles, subject to specific conditions.
Before you book
Expiry protection is country- and product-specific. Confirm required card activity and what happens if you cancel the card.
