How it works
KrisFlyer is the Singapore Airlines Group loyalty program. Redeemable miles are separate from Elite miles and PPS Value used for status.
Earning
Earn from eligible Singapore Airlines, Scoot and partner flights, or from participating banks, hotels and shopping partners. Bank transfer availability depends on your card’s country.
Using rewards
Search Singapore Airlines and eligible partner award flights or upgrades. Fare class, cabin, dates and booking channel affect eligibility and price.
Partners
Star Alliance opens partner-flight earning and redemption opportunities. A partner’s cash seat does not guarantee a KrisFlyer award seat.
Expiry
For Basic, Elite Silver and Elite Gold members, ordinary miles generally expire after three years at the end of the corresponding month. Contest miles and PPS members have different rules. New earning does not simply reset every old mile.
Before you book
Check the expiry of each mileage batch before transferring. Confirm Saver or other available award pricing, cash charges and cancellation terms.
